Hi there!
My name is Lisa & I am the owner & baker for Dough + Dirt Bakery. I am so glad you are here!

I live in sunny Orange County, CA with my husband & 2 kids (+ 1 on the way!). It has been a joy & a pleasure to bake for my community since 2022.
​
Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to work in a bakery. I told my parents that I planned to attend culinary school so one day I could open up my own bakery/cafe! Flash forward (many) years later & here I am, running my own little home-based bakery. Sure, it looks a bit different than what I had originally imagined, but in the best way.
​
I have the opportunity to bake out of my home, while my little ones are still little & I can hear their footsteps as I shape sourdough loaves or roll out cookie dough. It truly is a dream come true.
​
All bakes are made with organic & high quality ingredients & our sourdough is long fermented for at least 24 hours.
​
